Grace Pardini graduated in 2025 with a bachelors degree in Astronautics and Aeronautics. Pardini has been an active member of the University of Washington American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) student organization, participating in the 2025 First Nations Launch (hosted by Wisconsin Space Grant). Joey Shapiro Key, Astrophysics Professor at University of Washington Bothell, leads the Space Science Computing Winter Academy, a program funded by Washington Space Grant. The Space Science Computing Winter Academy partners with Heritage University, on the Yakama Nation’s lands in Toppenish, and brings students to UW Bothell for STEM courses and professional development.
